Rather than simply dispatching a car, Tina works the way a planner works with your venue — coordinating vehicles, timing, routes, and every last detail of your wedding-day transportation.
That instinct comes from over twenty years in the event planning industry, more than ten of them specializing in luxury transportation. Two decades of watching how events actually run — where the timelines slip, which arrivals photograph well, and what a venue will and will not allow at the front door.
That means knowing that the approach at a castle needs a different plan than a Jersey City waterfront room, that a Manhattan ballroom lives and dies by its loading zone, and that a Long Island estate wedding usually needs more vehicles than couples expect. Venue knowledge is not a bonus here. It is the service.
From the first phone call to the final send-off, you have one dedicated point of contact who knows your day inside and out. Tina plans and coordinates; the driving is done by professional chauffeurs she briefs on your venue beforehand. That is the concierge difference.

The difference shows up in a specific place. A large operator quotes your wedding from an address and a passenger count, because that is what fits into a booking system. What actually determines whether your arrival works is none of those things — it is whether the approach drive is a quarter of a mile long, whether the car can hold the front door for ten minutes or ninety seconds, which side the door should open on so the dress comes out toward the camera, and whether the venue has a second wedding clearing the property an hour before yours begins.
Those are the details I plan around, because on the day they are the only ones that matter. It is also why I ask for your venue before I quote anything, and why I would rather talk you into the right booking than the biggest one.
The trade-off is honest: a boutique practice cannot be everywhere at once, and there are Saturdays we simply cannot take. What you get in return is that the person who answers your first call is the person who plans your day and the person you reach on the day itself. Not a salesperson, then a dispatcher, then a driver who has never heard of your wedding.

Staged and waiting, not pulling up as you walk out. A vehicle that arrives exactly on time makes any delay your problem.
Pick-up points, routes, photo stops and shuttle loops go to you, your planner and your chauffeur as one document.
Inside and out, on every booking we place. That vehicle is going to appear in your photographs whether you planned for it or not.
If you do not need the shuttle, or the bigger vehicle, or the extra hour, we will say so. It is a shorter invoice and a better wedding.
